Q: Why other people can't see my website?
A: Port 80 is probably blocked. You may need to forward it on your router or firewall. Other applications might be blocking port 80 (Skype, Teamviewer). Your ISP might be blocking port 80. Then you could run on some alternative port like 8090. Open xampp/apache/conf/httpd.conf in notepad, change Listen 80 to Listen 8090 and restart Apache. Now you can access you website like that: http://localhost:8090/

Q: Which file should I download?
A: There are so many servers it's hard to tell which version fits you. First look at your server database. If it's using XML to store player you will download Nicaw XML, and for SQL - Nicaw SQL. Nicaw SQL v1.5 is for CVS servers, Nicaw SQL v3.20 is for SVN servers, versions above SQL v3.20 are for servers with account names.
